As per the attached image, the Covid Questionnaire on ClubZap has now been updated to include additional Covid symptoms. The Covid Questionnaire is in line with GAA practice.

It is extremely important that all parents, coaches, players / parents continue to take completing the Covid Questionnaire seriously and not as a tick the box exercise. Personal responsibility continues to be key over the coming weeks to help us ensure that we can keep going with training and matches. If anyone has any doubts regarding symptoms please don't attend training or matches as it is not worth the risk.

Reminder that Covid Questionnaire is only to be completed within 24 hours of training / matches.
