Rathangan GAA encourages all the young members of our community to get involved in our games. The club very much welcomes all new players to participate. Our underage philosophy is to promote a fun environment in all of our teams whilst teaching the children the relevant skills of the game. Our aim is to make training & matches as an enjoyable experience as possible for the players so that they will keep returning.

As part of the recent demand for increased underage hurling / camogie participation in our club I am pleased to announce that Monday Night Hurling will start back on March. This initiative will see all underage hurling and camogie players participating in hurling / camogie training each Monday night.

For anyone that would like to get involved with any of the above teams be it as a coach / coaching assistant, Covid supervisor, fund raising, sponsorship etc we would love to hear from you. The club runs an open door policy and all new additions in whatever capacity will be very much welcome and appreciated.

It is important to remember that in order to maintain an underage structure we constantly need and encourage new people to get involved so please reach out to either me directly or to any of the coaches above to express any interest of help / assistance.
