One of our duties as a GAA Club is to assist with promoting our Irish language. Therefore the club together with our Irish and Culture Officer Muiris Curtin will over the coming weeks be introducing some Irish words / phrases into training in a fun manner for kids. This will be introduced for U6, U7 & U8 boys football and hurling / camogie.

Our 9 footballers will be participating in an blitz with additional points awarded for use of the Irish Language

We hope the kids enjoy it and thanks to our coaches for engaging with this initiative.
